The search returns records based upon terms exactly as entered. This means that if you enter "horse farm" as a search item, results will include entries containing "horse farm" but may not return records containing "horse" or "farm" alone. If you do not want to search on a particular field, leave the search box for it empty. You may enter partial terms if you want to obtain all records containing that information. For example, if you enter "ank" in the name field, you will get all names containing those letters including "frank","franken","blank","blanken", etc.
